  • Why did you join Piacente?

An effective investor relations program establishes a two-way communication channel between the company and the capital markets. Ensuring that the channel flows smoothly requires comprehensive investor relations skills and capabilities. As a leader among professional investor relations agencies, Piacente’s teams have rich and varied expertise across industries, which I can leverage as I work to enhance my own investor relations skills. Then, in turn, I can apply what I’ve learned to expertly serve clients across a broader variety of industries.

  • What aspect of IR do you enjoy most?

What fascinates me most about investor relations is how to effectively convey the company’s intrinsic value to the capital market through different business cycles. This requires understanding the capital markets’ underlying logic while accurately communicating the company’s investment story. Simultaneously, the capital market’s feedback serves as an important guide for the company in making necessary business adjustments for its healthy and long-term development.

  • What is the most important value Piacente provides to its clients?

Piacente offers differentiated, tailor-made investor relations programs, but more importantly, we provide our clients with unique insights and solutions based on our extensive expertise in a variety of sectors. By leveraging this advantage, we assist our clients in more precisely and effectively conveying their message to the financial markets.

  • What part of your background has helped you succeed in IR?

As a former IR team member at a publicly-traded company, I have a deep understanding of the concerns facing listed companies, the capital markets’ focal points and the communication preferences of investment institutions. This allows me to seamlessly engage with clients, understand their goals and deliver solutions that better fulfill their needs. My educational background in finance and the multicultural communication skills I gained during my previous international banking experience make me an ideal fit for the IR industry. My information collection and integration skills along with my project analysis and management expertise are great assets that I leverage to support our clients.

  • What do you think makes Piacente a unique place to work?

Piacente is an inclusive, diverse and dynamic workplace. Each of my colleagues has rich expertise in the IR sector and a willingness to share, which has empowered me to make significant progress and advance in my IR career.
