Why did you join Piacente?
Piacente offers a terrific platform to tap into my experience as a former co-CFO and sell-side research analyst to help guide clients in their pursuit of driving shareholder value.I’ve known Brandi Piacente and the Piacente team for many years and was actually co-CFO of one of Piacente’s U.S.-listed clients. And I love the people and culture of Piacente! My colleagues are bright, energetic, and extremely client-focused. A great group of people to work with and learn from.
-
What aspect of IR do you enjoy most?
To enhance clients’ understanding of how the wider investment community “thinks” about stocks from a capital markets perspective, including minority shareholders, sell-side analysts, private equity investors, and to help clients tailor their IR strategies accordingly.
-
What is the most important value Piacente provides to its clients?
A trusted partnership where clients can leverage Piacente’s years of experience with its many clients across a variety of industries on how to execute a highly effective IR program.
-
What part of your background has helped you succeed in IR?
My capital markets background honed as a former co-CFO and sell-side research analyst enables me to offer clients helpful perspectives and insights to consider as they implement their IR strategies.
-
What do you think makes Piacente a unique place to work?
Piacente’s rather flat organizational structure enables the firm to be very “nimble” and as such, super responsive to our clients. Plus, our project teams are staffed to match clients’ unique needs and challenges with those Piacente employees who have the requisite skills to conquer those challenges, be they IR, PR, or capital markets-related.
